Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $50
Every order of $50 or more ships free within the United States. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or busy periods such as the holidays.

Your order may arrive in more than one package
Our products ship directly from the trusted makers we partner with, so if you order items from different brands, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This never costs you anything extra.

Tracking your order
We’ll email you a tracking number for each package once it ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect addresses and missing packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we’ll help make it right.
